Shipping policy.
From MMW to your door.
This shipping policy applies to MonoMotoWear orders delivered within Europe. Available destinations are confirmed during checkout or before an order is accepted.
Delivery within Europe

These are total estimated delivery times, including preparation and transport within Europe. For custom suits, production is included in the 30-day total.
Racewear availability
Both women’s and men’s racewear are currently in development and are not available to order. The 5-day and 30-day estimates describe our planned delivery times once the range is released. Product availability and the delivery estimate for your selected suit will be confirmed before you order.
Custom production
A custom suit is made to your measurements and the design agreed with MMW. The 30-day estimate begins after your final design and measurements have been approved and the order has been accepted. Time spent discussing the initial design or collecting measurements comes before this period.
If you request a change after approval, we will discuss its effect on the delivery date with you before proceeding.
Dispatch and delivery updates
We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves us. Tracking details will be included when they are available. Please check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order.
Delays or delivery problems
If we expect a delay, we will contact you with an updated estimate. If your order has not arrived within the communicated delivery period, contact MMW so we can investigate and agree on the next step. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
